Can I book return transport?
Yes. Just mention your return date and time in the booking notes or email us.
Is the driver waiting at the airport?
Yes, the driver will wait with a sign at the meeting point mentioned in your voucher.
Do you offer child seats?
We offer a limited number of child seats (for children up to 2 years old) for 300-500 THB per seat, available upon prior reservation. Infant seats (0–2 years): 300-500 THB (must pre-book). Booster seats for older children are not common in Thailand. Note: Child seat standards in Thailand may differ from EU standards, and many cars in Thailand lack three-point seatbelts. If this is a concern, we recommend bringing your own child seat.
Do I pay upfront?
