Is your service safe?

Yes, we operate legally with official permits and insurance, unlike many unlicensed taxis. Our drivers are professional, and our vehicles meet all legal and safety standards.

Can I customize my trip?

Yes! We accommodate special routes and additional stops upon request for an extra charge.

Can I book a child seat?

We offer a limited number of child seats (for children up to 2 years old) for 300 THB per seat, available upon prior reservation. Infant seats (0–2 years): 300 THB (must pre-book)
Booster seats for older children are not common in Thailand Note: Child seat standards in Thailand may differ from EU standards, and many cars in Thailand lack three-point seatbelts. If this is a concern, we recommend bringing your own child seat.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

First 2 Hours: Free waiting time. After 2 hours: A charge of 500 THB per hour will apply.

Delays, Accidents, and Force Majeure

Thailand Transfers cannot be held responsible for missed flights, ferries, trains, or buses due to delays caused by traffic, accidents, or other external factors beyond our control.

Information About Additional Charges

High Season: A surcharge of 500 THB per vehicle will be added for transport during the following periods: December 25 – January 5 (Christmas and New Year’s period) April 13 – April 17 (Thai New Year, Songkran Festival) Nighttime Travel: For trips scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, a surcharge of 500 THB per vehicle applies.

Do you offer return transfers?

Yes, you can book both one-way and return transfers. If you book a return transfer at the same time, you’ll get priority confirmation and a guaranteed vehicle for your return date.

Can I pay by credit card?

Tipping is not mandatory but is highly appreciated if you are satisfied with the service. Common practice is 100–200 THB for shorter trips, and 200–500 THB for long-distance transfers (8 hrs +).

Can I smoke in the car?

No, all vehicles are strictly non-smoking for safety and comfort reasons.

Can I bring pets on the transfer?

Yes, small pets in carriers are allowed on request. Please inform us in advance so we can assign a suitable vehicle.

What if my group has extra luggage?
