These policies apply to private transfers, ferry tickets, tours, golf, hotels and travel packages.
All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and/or US Dollars (USD).
Private Transfers & Ferry Connections – Important
Private transfers and ferry-related services are our core services.
Please read this section carefully before confirming your booking.

Some golf courses require 14–30 days’ notice. In such cases, no refund applies regardless of timing.

Important Information
- All credit card fees, service fees and deposits are non-refundable
- Many hotels require full prepayment up to 30 days in advance
- We are not responsible for missed ferries due to flight delays or external factors
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer or PayPal only
