What if my flight is delayed?
No problem. The first 2 hours of waiting time are free. After that, a surcharge of 500 THB per hour applies. We track major airline delays automatically for Bangkok arrivals.

Delays, Accidents or External Events
While we do our best to ensure smooth service, Thailand Transfers cannot be held responsible for missed flights, ferries, trains or buses caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We always advise leaving with ample time.
Are there any additional charges?
Yes, only during special periods or night hours:
High Season: +500 THB per vehicle (Dec 25 – Jan 5, and Apr 13 – 17 / Songkran Festival)
Nighttime (22:00–06:00): +500 THB per vehicle
These charges cover driver accommodation and safety fees.
Do you offer return transfers?
Yes, you can book one-way or round-trip transfers. Booking both legs together gives you guaranteed vehicle availability and priority confirmation for your return.
How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards via Paypal, Thai bank transfer, or Danish bank transfer. 100 % Payment upfront for boat transfers needed.
Do your drivers accept tips?
Tipping is optional but appreciated if you’re satisfied. Common practice: 100–200 THB for short trips, and 200–500 THB for long-distance journeys.
Can I smoke or bring pets in the car?
No smoking is allowed in any vehicle. Small pets in carriers can be accepted upon prior notice – please inform us when booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle.
What if we have extra luggage or golf bags?
Please inform us in advance about large suitcases, golf bags, or surfboards so we can arrange the right vehicle size. Oversized luggage may require an upgrade to a minivan.
Are all vehicles insured?
