Long-distance services to Koh Lipe, the Trang islands and Langkawi normally operate during the Andaman high season, typically from mid-October until early May. Core routes may operate for longer. All departures, fares and operating dates are reconfirmed before payment.

Which passenger details are required?
We need every passenger's full name, nationality and date of birth. International Langkawi routes also require passport numbers and passport expiry dates.
Are the published departure times guaranteed?
No. Boat times and operating piers can change because of season, weather, sea conditions and operational decisions. We reconfirm the schedule when you book.
Are child tickets available?
Yes. Child fares generally apply to children aged 3-9, but the policy can vary by route. Send the ages of all children so we can confirm the correct fare.
Can I travel between Koh Lipe and Langkawi?
Yes, during the international operating season. You must meet the entry requirements for both Thailand and Malaysia and allow sufficient time for immigration formalities.
How do I pay?
Boat tickets require advance payment. We prefer Wise, but bank transfer and credit card payment through PayPal are also available.
What happens if the boat is delayed?
Sea and weather conditions can affect arrival times. Avoid tight onward flights or non-refundable connections and make sure you have suitable travel insurance.
