1. Private Transfer to or from Laem Sok Pier
Your driver collects you from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), Don Mueang Airport (DMK) or your Bangkok hotel and drives you directly to Laem Sok Pier. Return transfers can also be arranged to Bangkok, Pattaya or Ban Phe Pier for Koh Samet.

2. Scheduled Boats to Koh Kood & Koh Mak
We book the boat with your transfer and allow enough time for pier check-in. The high-season timetable below applies from 1 October 2026 to 31 May 2027. Your confirmed departure and local pickup time will appear on your voucher.
Island hotel transfers
- Koh Kood: Shared local transport between the island pier and your Koh Kood hotel is included for both arrivals and departures.
- Koh Mak: No land transport is included or available through the boat operator. The boat service is pier-to-pier, so you must arrange transport between the Koh Mak pier and your hotel directly with the hotel.

- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 working days before departure. Later cancellations are non-refundable.
- Boats operate during daylight only; the latest possible departure is 16:00.

5. Shared Bus + Catamaran from Bangkok & Bangkok Airports
This is the lowest-cost choice for travellers comfortable with a fixed timetable. Scheduled departures are available from Khaosan Road, Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport. The service is less flexible than a private transfer and usually takes longer.

Yes. We arrange the private vehicle and scheduled boat tickets in one reservation. Your confirmation includes the pickup time, meeting details, pier check-in and confirmed boat departure.
Are these direct ferries from Bangkok?
No. The journey from Bangkok includes a road transfer to Laem Sok Pier in Trat followed by the boat to Koh Kood or Koh Mak. You can choose a private road transfer or the scheduled shared bus and catamaran service.
Which pier is used for Koh Kood and Koh Mak?
The scheduled mainland boats shown on this page use Laem Sok Pier. Your voucher states the exact operator office, check-in point and required check-in time.
Does the ticket include transport to my island hotel?
Koh Kood hotel transfer is included only when the applicable hotel-transfer service is booked and the hotel is within the operator's service area. Koh Mak services are normally pier-to-pier, so arrange transport with your Koh Mak hotel. We confirm the exact inclusion before payment.
What if my flight arrives too late for the scheduled boat?
We check the connection before confirming. Depending on your arrival time, the practical alternatives may be a private speedboat or an overnight stay on the mainland followed by a scheduled boat the next day.
What happens if my flight or road transfer is delayed?
We monitor major flight delays for Bangkok airport pickups. The first two waiting hours are free; after that, 500 THB per hour may apply. Traffic, weather and sea conditions can affect connections, so avoid tight onward plans. If a boat is missed, we help identify the best available alternative.
Are the boat times guaranteed?
No ferry timetable is guaranteed permanently. Services may change because of season, weather, sea conditions or operational decisions. We verify the current schedule and availability before accepting payment.
Can I book a private speedboat instead?
Yes. A private speedboat can be arranged for selected mainland and island routes, subject to daylight, weather and operator approval. Charter prices are per boat and full advance payment is required.
Do you provide child seats?
Limited toddler seats for children under three can be requested from 500 THB. Thai child-seat standards may differ from European standards; guests with specific requirements should bring their own seat.
Are there any surcharges?
A 300 THB nighttime surcharge per vehicle applies between 22:00 and 06:00. Seasonal surcharges may apply at Christmas, New Year and Songkran; any applicable charge is shown before booking.
How do I pay?
We prefer payment by Wise. Bank transfer and credit card payment through PayPal are also available; PayPal and credit-card payments carry a 4% processing fee. Boat tickets and private speedboats require advance payment.
